Dr. John Jacobi, Low Vision Optometrist

Dr. John P. Jacobi earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Ferris State University in Michigan in 1988 and is a Fellow of the Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association. He is a member of American Optometric Association (AOA), the Michigan Optometric Association (MOA), and a Fellow in the International Academy of Low Vision Specialists.

Dr. Jacobi has developed his low vision and vision therapy specialties within his metro Detroit office in Novi, Michigan. His expert prescribing of low vision aids and patient use training, nutritional recommendations and general compassion combine to make Low Vision of Michigan the premiere low vision practice in the Great Lakes area. A native to the Detroit area, Dr. Jacobi and his wife live in Novi, Michigan and have four children. He enjoys reading, boating, skiing and traveling.
